Shipping

All non freight items will be shipped in parcel mail by UPS. Customers have the option to choose the level of service they desire upon checkout. Items with the free shipping logo on the page will be shipped for free using UPS Ground. All other products will have a calculated shipping cost based off the package origin and destination. Please Look on the product page to get handling times for each product.

Local Deliveries

Local customers can get an even greater discount on furniture with delivery specials starting at $29.99! Local orders must be done by phone. Please call (717) 238-4411 to arrange a local delivery. Don't forget to ask about our $29.99 delivery special. Listed below is delivery cost for local customers:

  • 0 to 15 mile radius: $89.95
  • 16 to 30 mile radius: $109
  • 31 to 50 mile radius: $139

Third Party Delivery

All furniture deliveries will be made by our third party white glove delivery company with the exception of customers within a 50 mile radius of 17101. All furniture has a fixed shipping cost that is based off the bronze delivery service. For Customers who would like an upgrade of their delivery options call 717 238 4411. Bronze Delivery

Bronze Delivery is our most economical option and our basic service offering. We know the inherent difficulty – and proven customer dissatisfaction – of curbside delivery with larger consumer goods such as furniture, which is why we have a service to deliver these items right to our customers' doors and into their homes.

Silver Delivery

With Silver Delivery, customers will see their furniture or mattress delivery brought into their room of choice. For those accepting the delivery of a large item, such as furniture, having a professional team take a product up or down stairs or around tight corners can be a real time saver…and a back-saver. This service is especially valuable for large items that will be set up by either the consumer or an installer after the delivery service.

Gold Delivery

Our Gold Delivery service is a turn-key service that includes delivery inside the home to the room of a customer’s choosing, unpacking, basic setup and the removal of any boxes or debris from the residence. By the time our delivery team leaves your customer's home, their shipment is in the exact location requested, allowing them to immediately enjoy their new product.

Platinum Delivery

Our Platinum Delivery is the ultimate turn-key service and the ideal choice for deliveries that demand not only inside placement in the room of choice, unpacking and debris removal, but also up to 30 minutes of assembly.In the case of a new bedroom set, for example, HomeDirect can deliver the necessary components to the desired room, remove all packaging and assemble the furniture in the desired space, leaving your customer to not only be able to use their new product, but also having done so with two professional assemblers focused on ensuring complete satisfaction.
